This model delivers many intuitive features, such as IR Pilot™ – a built-in analytical intelligence feature. With IR Pilot, you can run multiple different analyses with one click. The many pre-built, macro application programs can run many tests, including contaminant analysis, identification testing and pre-shipment inspections. Because of its versatility, the IRXross is ideal for many chemical and pharmaceutical applications.

    The IR Pilot™ is an advanced analytical intelligence platform that Includes 23 macro application programs to simply analysis. To get started, simply choose the type of analysis and the attachment. The program will then analyze your sample and generate a report. You can use the program to analyze multiple samples at once, saving time during testing.

    When testing for contaminants, you do not need to specify the mixture’s components. Instead, IR Pilot will identify the components using a spectral library. This feature enables new users to easily analyze contaminants and collect accurate data.

  • AIRsight microscope enhances molecular analysis

    With the AIRsight infrared Raman microscope, you can double your molecular analysis capabilities. This instrument can measure both infrared and Raman spectra from one position. As a result, There is no need to move the sample during your analysis.

    The AIRsight also has powerful 532 nm and 785 nm lasers that can analyze fluorescent samples. This versatility makes the AIRsight microscope suitable for many different applications.

  • Resist humidity and ensure the reliability of data

    You can select either a KBr or KRS-5 window for your IRXross. The KRS-5 window maintains humidity resistance up to 90 %RH (for temperatures up to 30 °C) and is compliant with pharmacopoeia wavenumber range requirements (350 to 7,800 cm-1).

    LabSolutions™ DB IR and CS IR software also complies with electronic records and electronic signatures (ER/ES) requirements. LabSolutions DB IR is configured with a PC, improving security for facilities that do not require network connections. LabSolutions CS stores data on a server, which can be read by personal computers on the network. This software is a good choice for facilities with large databases that Need to be ER/ES compliant.
