Micro-Volume Measurement
The following accessories are used to measure micro-volume samples. The figure shows the absorption spectrum obtained by measuring spectra of 50 μL herring spermatozoa (a) and bovine serum-albumin (b) using a super-micro cell holder and cell. Spectra with good S/N ratios can be obtained even in the ultraviolet region.
