HPLC-101: Shimadzu Modular HPLC Training with PM

This is an intensive, hands-on course which demonstrates the basics of chromatography and provides a practical approach to analysis using Shimadzu’s modular Prominence and Nexera HPLC system configurations. Students will learn instrument set-up, basic software functionality, perform preventative maintenance procedures and validation steps. In addition, troubleshooting will be addressed and typical problems encountered in HPLC will be covered.
Note: The 101 – HPLC Fundamentals Modular and 102 – i-Series Fundamentals classes provide the same material but will use the different instruments for the hands on experience (modular vs. i-Series). This means all of the class material is the same except for one presentation. If you wish to do both, it is recommended to take the Modular section and an on-line training for the i-Series can be arranged.

Prerequisites: None
