High-Temperature Calorimetry Measurements

Use the DTA-50 when calorimetry measurements above the DSC-60 Plus series temperature limit of 600°C are required, such as for characterizing glass or ceramics. The DTA-50 has a range of 0.2 to 1,000 µV and a maximum temperature of 1,500°C.

High-Sensitivity, Heat-Flux Differential Thermal Analysis

WThe DTA-50 includes a unique high-sensitivity, heat-flux dumbbell detector with an extremely low heat capacity and excellent versatility. The furnace area has a gas line which enables the atmosphere around the sample and reference to be varied.

The TA-60WS thermal analysis workstation enables control of up to four Shimadzu thermal analysis instruments of any type and optional accessories such as the FC-60A atmosphere control unit. Included with the TA-60WS is the intuitive data acquisition and data analysis software packages.
